I have gathered links to information on the different art galleries, museums and performing arts centers in Las Vegas, simply click on any of the links for more information.   Contrary to popular belief, Las Vegas is not just about the hotels, casinos, shows and restaurants.  The Entertainment Capital of the World also has a more refined side and its cultural scene offers a wide variety of museums, galleries and venues for the performing arts.  Even the most exigent aficionados are sure to find something to love about the Las Vegas cultural scene.
The Bellagio was the first mega-hotel to feature an art gallery.  Many doubted that Steve Wynns vision of incorporating an art gallery into the lobby of a hotel would prove successful.  However, many did not know Wynn has a thorough understanding of his clients and the Las Vegas public.  Since the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art opened in 1988, it has been a huge success with visitors and residents alike and other hotels have followed Steve Wynns example and opened galleries of their own, helping to foment Las Vegass cultural renaissance.     The Guggenheim Hermitage opened its doors to the public in October of 2001.  It is located in the Venetian Las Vegas.  The Liberace Museum is a must see for fans of this legend.  Everything Liberace from his jewelry and costumes, to pianos, cars and more.  The Neon Museum features a collection of vintage neon signs on display at the Freemont Street Experience.
